P\u0159irozen\u011b rozd\u011bluje st\u0159edn\u00ed Norsko a v\u011btv\u00ed se do Orkdalsfjordenu na jihoz\u00e1pad\u011b, Strindfjordenu a \u00c5senfjordenu na v\u00fdchod\u011b a Beitstadfjordenu na severov\u00fdchod\u011b.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pod\u00e9l ji\u017en\u00edho b\u0159ehu le\u017e\u00ed Trondheim, Stj\u00f8rdal a Frosta, ne\u017e se fjord rozev\u0159e sm\u011brem k Innherradu s Levangerem, Verdalem a Steinkjerem. Na severn\u00ed stran\u011b najdete Inder\u00f8y, Mosvik, Leksvik, Hindrum, Vanvikan, Rissa a Stadsbygd.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hloubky se m\u011bn\u00ed rychle. M\u011blk\u00e9 prahy klesaj\u00ed do \u017elab\u016f a p\u00e1nv\u00ed. Na sv\u00e9m nejhlub\u0161\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b m\u011b\u0159\u00ed fjord 617 metr\u016f u Agdenes.<\/p>\n\n<p>Toto nen\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00e9 mo\u0159e. Bylo zde zaznamen\u00e1no p\u0159es 140 druh\u016f, z nich\u017e p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 90 jsou ryby. Setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed se zde ji\u017en\u00ed a severn\u00ed druhy v pestr\u00e9m ekosyst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n<p>V hlub\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stech se vyskytuj\u00ed studenomiln\u00e9 kor\u00e1ly jako Lophelia pertusa. Takov\u00e1 nalezi\u0161t\u011b jsou vz\u00e1cn\u00e1 a sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o stabiln\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch a bohat\u00e9 potravn\u00ed nab\u00eddce.<\/p>\n\n<p>N\u011bkolik nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch losos\u00edch \u0159ek v Norsku \u00fast\u00ed do fjordu \u2014 Gaula, Orkla, Stj\u00f8rdalselva a Verdalselva. Tyto \u0159eky jsou zn\u00e1m\u00e9 velk\u00fdmi lososy a dlouhou tradic\u00ed sportovn\u00edho rybolovu.
