Enjoy the freedom of cycling through our charming area! With us you have the option of renting bicycles, and if you choose to stay in one of our cabins for one or more nights, the bicycle rental is included – an extra bonus for your stay.
With our bicycle rental, we want to make your stay even more memorable, so that you can experience the beautiful nature and history that surrounds us on two wheels.
Explore our beautiful hiking trails, several of which are equally suitable for cyclists and walkers. The easiest route is about 4km round trip and takes you to Ambornesset, where you can discover the history that surrounds you. In the 19th century, this area was characterized by around 80 burial mounds, and you can still feel the presence of history.
For the adventurous, there is also a fantastic cycle route of approx. 8km round trip that goes to Borgen, an old village castle from the migration era. Parts of this route are an adventure path with wooden figures made by a local artist, Jostein Finseråsen. He is a top class chainsaw artist and wood carver.
