In the event of a conflict, the\n        officially published rental terms take precedence over\n        marketing material or oral communication.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.1.3.<\/span>\n        The agreement becomes binding when the renter receives written\n        confirmation from Hindrum Fjordsenter.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.1.4.<\/span>\n        If there is any doubt regarding the interpretation of these\n        terms, the officially published rental terms take precedence.\n      <\/p>\n\n    <\/section>\n\n\n    <section id=\"hf-terms-payment\"\n             class=\"hf-legal-section\"\n             aria-labelledby=\"hf-terms-payment-title\">\n\n      <h2 id=\"hf-terms-payment-title\">\n        1.2 Payment\n      <\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n  <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.2.1.<\/span>\n  For direct bookings, an advance payment may be required. The advance amount and payment deadline are stated in the booking confirmation or invoice. Any remaining balance is normally due 30 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing or stated in the booking confirmation.\n<\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.2.2.<\/span>\n        For bookings made 29 days or fewer before arrival, full\n        payment is normally required at the time of booking.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.2.3.<\/span>\n        Card payment at reception on arrival is also possible.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.2.4.<\/span>\n        Bookings made through external platforms are paid in\n        accordance with the payment terms of the relevant platform.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.2.5.<\/span>\n        Hindrum Fjordsenter complies with applicable rules governing\n        payment fees.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.2.6.<\/span>\n        Hindrum Fjordsenter reserves the right to adjust prices\n        following changes in taxes, duties, exchange rates or\n        transport costs. A price adjustment may only be made when the\n        change is outside Hindrum Fjordsenter\u2019s control and could not\n        have been foreseen when the agreement was entered into.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.2.7.<\/span>\n        The rental price covers a stay for up to 2 people per\n        accommodation unit unless otherwise stated. Additional\n        charges may apply for more people. The applicable amount is\n        provided when booking.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.2.8.<\/span>\n        If payment is not received within the stated deadlines,\n        Hindrum Fjordsenter may terminate the agreement after prior\n        notice, in accordance with the applicable terms.\n      <\/p>\n\n    <\/section>\n\n\n    <section id=\"hf-terms-changes\"\n             class=\"hf-legal-section\"\n             aria-labelledby=\"hf-terms-changes-title\">\n\n      <h2 id=\"hf-terms-changes-title\">\n        1.3 Changes\n      <\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.3.1.<\/span>\n        Changes to the booking may be made up to 56 days before\n        arrival, subject to availability. The change must concern the\n        same destination and the same calendar year. The rental amount\n        may not be reduced. The change fee is NOK 500.\n      <\/p>\n\n    <\/section>\n\n\n    <section id=\"hf-terms-cancellation\"\n             class=\"hf-legal-section\"\n             aria-labelledby=\"hf-terms-cancellation-title\">\n\n      <h2 id=\"hf-terms-cancellation-title\">\n        1.4 Cancellation\n      <\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.4.3.<\/span>\n        If there are questions concerning cancellation or the\n        interpretation of the cancellation terms, the officially\n        published terms apply.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.4.4.<\/span>\n        The renter is responsible for obtaining suitable travel\n        insurance and\/or cancellation insurance.\n      <\/p>\n\n    <\/section>\n\n\n    <section id=\"hf-terms-liability\"\n             class=\"hf-legal-section\"\n             aria-labelledby=\"hf-terms-liability-title\">\n\n      <h2 id=\"hf-terms-liability-title\">\n        1.5 Insurance and renter responsibilities\n      <\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.5.1.<\/span>\n        The renter is financially responsible for damage caused by\n        the renter or accompanying guests.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.5.2.<\/span>\n        The renter is responsible for complying with boating-licence\n        requirements, fishing regulations and Norwegian maritime rules.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.5.3.<\/span>\n        The renter is responsible for complying with passport, visa\n        and entry requirements.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.5.4.<\/span>\n        Operational house rules and practical rules for the stay are\n        set out in the current guest information provided by Hindrum\n        Fjordsenter.\n      <\/p>\n\n    <\/section>\n\n\n    <section id=\"hf-terms-boat-deposit\"\n             class=\"hf-legal-section\"\n             aria-labelledby=\"hf-terms-boat-deposit-title\">\n\n      <h2 id=\"hf-terms-boat-deposit-title\">\n        1.6 Boat deposit\n      <\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.6.1.<\/span>\n        A deposit is required for each boat rental.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.6.2.<\/span>\n        The deposit is refunded after inspection.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.6.3.<\/span>\n        Deductions may be made for damage, missing equipment or\n        inadequate cleaning.\n      <\/p>\n\n    <\/section>\n\n\n    <section id=\"hf-terms-arrival\"\n             class=\"hf-legal-section\"\n             aria-labelledby=\"hf-terms-arrival-title\">\n\n      <h2 id=\"hf-terms-arrival-title\">\n        1.7 Arrival and departure\n      <\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.7.1.<\/span>\n        Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00 unless\n        otherwise stated.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.7.2.<\/span>\n        Arrival between 23:00 and 07:00 must be agreed in advance.\n      <\/p>\n\n    <\/section>\n\n\n    <section id=\"hf-terms-complaints\"\n             class=\"hf-legal-section\"\n             aria-labelledby=\"hf-terms-complaints-title\">\n\n      <h2 id=\"hf-terms-complaints-title\">\n        1.8 Defects and complaints\n      <\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.8.1.<\/span>\n        Any defects must be reported as soon as possible and no later\n        than 48 hours after arrival, so that Hindrum Fjordsenter has a\n        reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate,\n        remedy the matter during the stay.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.8.2.<\/span>\n        A written complaint should be submitted within 30 days after\n        the end of the stay.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.8.3.<\/span>\n        Receipt of a written complaint is normally acknowledged within\n        3 working days. Hindrum Fjordsenter aims to provide a\n        substantive response within 14 days.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.8.4.<\/span>\n        Minor discrepancies or natural conditions are not considered\n        defects.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.8.5.<\/span>\n        The renter must take reasonable steps to limit damage and loss,\n        and Hindrum Fjordsenter must be given a reasonable period to\n        inspect and, where appropriate, remedy the matter.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        <span class=\"hf-legal-clause-number\">1.8.6.<\/span>\n        Hindrum Fjordsenter\u2019s liability is limited to direct financial\n        loss.
