If you are interested, you can go on the mountain to fish in various mountain lakes. Fishing licenses can be purchased at the reception. There you will also get maps and other information.

The nearest mountain lakes are about 1-2 hours on foot from the fjord center. Otherwise you can drive to “Storvatnet” and rent a boat. Of fresh water fish, it is mostly trout you can get.
